SHIPPING + FULFILLMENT
Most orders are fulfilled in 3-5 business days. If your order will be delayed, I will notify you as soon as possible via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email.
All orders ship from Marietta, Georgia via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, with an expected delivery date of 2-5 business days from date of shipment. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
All of my domestic orders are carrier calculated based on weight so that you aren't paying extra shipping costs. Domestic orders over $100 ship FREE!
I currently offer USPS First-Class International shipping for international orders anywhere in the world with an expected delivery date of 2-4 weeks from date of shipment. I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
$10 flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
I take great pride in providing you with high quality products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can send back the unopened product(s) within 10 days of receipt and I will be happy to refund you for the merchandise cost. After 14 days have passed I cannot replace or refund your purchase. Please note that all sale items, personalized products, and original artworks are final-sale, and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Products must be shipped with all of their original shipment packaging, including cardboard backing, to be eligible for a refund.
Before returning your item please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your order number, and giving me a brief description as to why you are making the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Once your items are received, and your return is approved the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
Oh no! I try my best to pad and ship things in a way that prevents breakage or bending of any kind, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo (so I can contact USPS) and email me immediately. I will be sure to send out a new product to you as soon as possible.
